We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not you can return your product to us and we will either repair/replace it or credit your account.
Please familiarise yourself with the below terms and conditions:
– We will cover the cost to return your item as long as its undamaged and unused. The original labels and packaging needs to be returned with the item.
– The item can not be missing any of its accessories or detachable parts.
– You can log a return directly with us, please add subject line in the email “Return & Exchange” at email@example.com
– You must log your return with us within in 30 days of delivery.
– We will collect your product from you at no extra charge if the above terms are met. Our courier is entitle to refuse collection of the product if it is not properly packed for transport
– Once we have inspected the product and validated your return with an email response stating so, we will then arrange your new product or a credit to your account.
We do our best to ensure that you do not receive defective products. Before your item is shipped it is thoroughly inspected by us to make sure its in its original

How Long will it take to receive my order?
Standard Shipping generally takes between 2-5 working days dependent on where we are shipping to within the country.
International Shipping will take between 8 and 14 working days. Dependent on the customs clearance process in the country we are shipping to.
